In addition to the Food Systems minor courses listed in the course catalog, students may also petition to count courses towards the minor that either have a significant food component under a specific professor, or in which the students is completing a significant project on food systems. 

These are courses that have fulfilled those requirements in the past, but approval is required for each individual student. Please contact the minor coordinator for more information.
